Discount and Product Rules

Inca Clinic allows you to decide if certain types of products are allowed to receive a discount. For example, you can set a rule that prevents Consultation Fee type products from getting a discount.

You can also decide if certain Product Types appear in the Product Lookup on Invoices.

To set up these options:

1. Logon as a System Administrator
2. Click the Inca Administration tab
3. Click the Discounts link on the Accounts and Finance section to setup discounts.
4. Click the Product Discount and Lookup Rules link to choose which product types can receive discounts and if they appear on the invoice product lookup list
