The Frontdesk profile can:

1. Create, Search for and Edit a Patient Record
2. Use the waiting room

Other uses of Inca Clinic:

1. Managing customer accounts
2. Creating and managing invoices
3. Creating a credit note
4. Managing the payment methods

Limitations

• Users with this profile cannot view or access the medical information in Inca Clinic
• They have read-only access to product information
• They have no access to the Inca Administration tab
